We can deliver the documents to your office using one of our service tariffs: Next Day Service, Same Day Service, or within 2 hours, depending on your requirements. Alternatively, you can use our Scan on Demand service when the encrypted images are emailed to the authorised recipient.
We have secure offsite document storage facilities nationwide all fitted with the required security controls for protecting and storing documentation including CCTV surveillance systems. You will also have peace of mind knowing that your documents are guarded 24/7 with fire and intruder alarms.

For security purposes, there is a section in our contract to list personnel who are authorised to request data on your account. No one else will be allowed access to your data. Requests can be made through our website or via email.
Each box is given a unique barcode and is scanned into a location in the secure facility which is also barcoded. Our records software from O’Neil tells us the exact location on the shelf so the box can be accessed easily and quickly.
We strongly advise that you use our boxes as much as possible. Our boxes are built from a strong durable cardboard which has a much longer shelf-life than the boxes typically supplied by your stationery company.
