In order to be able to find a certain page you need, your documents become fully text searchable once scanned with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). When scanning is complete, your images will be returned to you on an external hard drive disc, USB or you can view them on our online portal. For paperwork, we can either store it in our secure facility in Cheshire or we can confidentially destroy the files you no longer need. 

No matter where you are, you will be able to view your scanned documents via our digital transition programme. Whether you need to access files in colour or black and white, documents will only be able to be viewed by members of your team who have secure log-in credentials to our hosted cloud service or through an external hard drive disc. 

Turnaround time for scanning and digitally converting your documents will be dependent on the number of documents you have, what condition they are in and the indexing requirements that are needed. However usually a scanning project of over 100 boxes is around 6-8 weeks.
